PHIL-P 162 Logic

A study of the principles of logic. The course covers a variety of traditional topics, selected for their practical value, within formal and informal logic. Among the topics typically covered are fallacies, syllogisms, causal hypotheses, logic diagrams, argument analysis, and truth-functional reasoning. 



There will be no sessions the week before finals and finals week. The last day of sessions will be Friday, December 6, 2013.

 

In addition to Supplemental Instruction, the Bepko Learning Center offers many resources for IUPUI students, including tutor referrals, details about most support programs available on campus, and suggestions on improving study skills. Staffed entirely by students, the Bepko Learning Center is located on the second floor of Taylor Hall. Come check out all we have to offer.
